Kuhlman Cellars to Host Hallo-WIG-Halloween Charity Event to Raise Money for Austin Breast Cancer Resource Center

Stonewall, Texas – October 28, 2021 – On October 31st, the last day of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Kuhlman Cellars is hosting a charity fundraiser, Hallo-WIG-Halloween. As part of the annual celebration of Halloween and Kuhlman’s costume theme this year, the Kuhlman Cellars team will be wearing wigs to promote breast cancer awareness. Guests who wear a wig at Kuhlman Cellars on Sundays (12 p.m. to 5 p.m.) will receive a special gift. One dollar from each bottle sold on 10/31, in-store and online at kuhlmancellars.com, will be donated to the Breast Cancer Resource Center in Austin, TX.

Additionally, Kuhlman Cellars will also be running a Hallo-WIG-Halloween Instagram charity contest until October 31. Subscribers can post a photo of themselves (or their family / friends / pets) in wigs, using the hashtag #wigsandwine and tagging @kuhlmancellars to participate. A donation will be made to BCRC on behalf of the winners (or, if they prefer, in honor of someone else or anonymously). The three participants with the most likes will receive prizes:

  • First place – Donation of $ 100 to BCRC on your behalf and a free food and wine pairing for two
  • Second place – Donation of $ 75 to BCRC on your behalf and a free food and wine pairing for two
  • Third Place – Donation of $ 50 to BCRC on your behalf and a free food and wine pairing for two.

Applications can be submitted at any time until midnight October 31st. The winners will be announced Monday on Kuhlman Cellars’ Facebook and Instagram pages.
