For the past 125 years, Filson has produced tough, dependable clothing and gear for loggers, laborers and outdoor enthusiasts. While still producing quality workwear, the heritage brand from the northwest has more recently focused much of its efforts on recreational outdoor clothing and accessories. And with so many dog-owning outdoor enthusiasts, it seems only natural that the company would enter the pet gear market with a huge range of kits specifically designed for man’s best friend.

Comprised of 17 items in total, this collection includes a variety of regular and puppy size leashes, collars and harnesses made from iconic Filson constructions such as nylon and bridle leather. There’s also a dog coat that’s inspired by Filson’s work vests and made from oil-finished Shelter fabric and lined with Mackinaw wool and double-layer sueded cotton Moleskin. The largest item in the collection is the Large Dog Bed, which features an antique pewter fabric cover with quilted top, removable and washable baffle insert, and embroidered air release grommets.

The collection also includes an assortment of smaller items and accessories. This includes several plush animal chew toys, collapsible tin fabric dog bowls, a stoneware dog bowl, a Filson dog treat bag and a fetch toy made from a quality polymer FDA-approved food – the latter having been developed and created. in partnership with scientists at Auburn University and was designed to alleviate the occlusion of a dog’s respiratory passage.
